Service and Support Packages
Residential Technology Systems provides on-going Scheduled Service and Support Packages (SSP) to include a Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum offering.
Bronze Service Package
Starting with the entry level Bronze Package that provides a yearly Scheduled Service Check-Up that includes services such as but not limited to inspection of all the technology system(s) equipment, cleaning, vacuuming, adjusting sound and video settings along with remote control and system software updates to keep your system running smoothly.
Silver Service Package
The next (SSP) is the Silver package which offers an additional Scheduled Service Check-up to ensure your technology system is working flawlessly all year long.
Gold and Platinum Service Package
The Gold and Platinum packages are designed for the larger, higher performance systems that require additional scheduled service and support to perform at the highest level and more importantly work perfectly when you are planning on watching the big game or enjoying the latest movie release.
