Residential Technology Systems: Our scheduled service and support packages
We offer custom support and maintenance care programs that are far superior to others in the market. Beyond simply ensuring “stuff works,” we want to ensure you have peace of mind.
Basic Client Care – With the Basic Client Care package clients will receive a manufacturer warranty that applies to equipment only, technical support, onsite service calls Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, and a 5% equipment discount.
Basic Client Care + – Includes all Basic Client Care services plus access to priority call and response service Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, one annual technology system check up and cleaning, 5% installation discount on additional services.
Gold Client Care – Includes all Basic and Basic + Client Care packages plus a dedicated 24 hour service hotline, after hours service and support, annual audio/video calibration, additional annual semi-technology system check up and cleaning, additional 5% discount on equipment and installation (note: 10% max discount)
