A 24/7 Layer of Protection

Our client uses the Crosslake Home as an entertainment hotspot, which means the house is frequently full of the client’s teenage daughters, their friends, and extended family members. With so much activity, a robust monitoring system is essential to ensure everyone stays safe. 

Surveillance was a primary concern for our client because the Crosslake Home property has many potentially dangerous areas: the pool, the cove and harbor, and an outdoor kitchen, among others. Home surveillance that’s easily accessible from a mobile app or touchscreen gives our clients the extra eyes they need when the house is full of guests. 

IC Realtime Surveillance

We turned to one of the most trusted brands in the security industry for surveillance cameras in the Crosslake Home: IC Realtime. Since 2006, IC Realtime has been delivering best-in-class surveillance solutions for residential, commercial, government, and military markets. 

One of the most important applications in the Crosslake Home was surveillance over the cove and harbor. Our client wants to know instantly if a boat is approaching their home from the lake or if the children are running around the harbor unsupervised. Outdoor dome cameras keep a watchful eye over the home’s exteriors and record motion-triggered events. Plus, our client can receive push notifications from any camera on the property when motion is detected. 

Beyond the harbor, IC Realtime cameras provide complete coverage over the home’s pool, front entry, front door, porch, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor dining area. 

IC Realtime is a Savant Recommended Partner, which means the security cameras integrate seamlessly with the home’s Savant automation system. Our client can access and view recorded or live-stream camera footage at any time from the Savant Pro app or one of the wall-mounted touchscreens inside the house.

Honeywell Security

A Honeywell security system serves as the central hub for the Crosslake Home’s protection. Honeywell alarms have 24/7 professional monitoring services and send instant notifications when movement or intruders are detected. Our client has peace of mind knowing that even when the family is away from the Crosslake Home, the central monitoring station will take swift action if a suspicious event occurs.
