The Maxwell Bay house in Minnetonka, MN, is ResTech Systems’ most recent luxury project. Our clients wanted a home that was fully automated and easy to use, so we installed smart lighting and shading, a home theater, surveillance, climate control, and a central vacuum system, all controlled by Savant automation.

One of the biggest undertakings of this project was a central vacuum installation. Our clients want to keep their gorgeous home looking and feeling fresh, clean, and pristine 24/7. ResTech Systems recently completed a luxury automated home for a couple in the Minnetonka, MN, area: the Maxwell Bay house. The house is fully automated with Savant and has integrated lighting, shading climate, security, entertainment, and central vacuuming solutions that our clients can easily operate with the press of a button.

One of the focal points of this project was creating a comfortable, energy-efficient environment inside. We accomplished this with lighting and shading solutions, as well as smart temperature sensors placed throughout the house for climate control.
